About Me

Kevyn is honored to be CMX's 2020 Community Executive of the Year. 

She has a 15-year track record of running high performance community and customer success teams that incorporate program management, marketing, social, and event development. 

Through her roots as a Teach For America teacher in New York, she has seen the power of peer-to-peer education and the importance of having a personal learning network. Her experience across multiple companies in ed-tech and building large scale teacher communities, has given her the opportunity to perfect a playbook for engagement across platforms.  

Kevyn is currently responsible for the US Office of VIPKid and its 100,000+ teacher contractor community. She has managed departments of multiple teams, and has also built teams entirely from scratch in early stage, venture-backed startups. 

She has a BA from Claremont McKenna and a Masters in Education from Fordham University. You can find Kevyn in a pool, the ocean, or any remotely swimmable body of water.
